Agency owned properties are those developed or purchased by the Area Housing Authority with little or no federal funding. This allows us to provide the type of housing that meets a specific community need and to establish the income limits for qualified residents.

The Area Housing Authority currently owns and operates 169 units of affordable housing of which 39 units are designated for Seniors.

Agency Managed

Through the State of California’s Tax Credit Program, the Area Housing Authority is a partner and the managing entity for six housing developments (486 units) which include 362 units of Senior affordable housing.
