Section 8 Voucher

The Section 8 Voucher is accepted at all the Area Housing Authority’s properties. Voucher holders must be in good standing, have a good rental history. A background check is required.

  • Must be 55 years or older
  • Must meet income qualifications of between 50% and 60% of area median income (see Income Limits for amounts for your household size).
