Section 8 Voucher
The Section 8 Voucher is accepted all the Area Housing Authority’s properties. Voucher holders must be in good standing, have a good rental history. A background check is required.

Los Arboles Apartments (Family): Two and three bedroom units
Sunset Villas (Family): Two bedroom units
Royal Oaks (Family): Three bedroom units
Glenn Oaks Senior Apartments (Seniors): One bedroom units
