Payment Standards
The
Housing Authority's voucher payment standards are based on HUD’s
annually published Fair Market Rent (FMR) for the Ventura County
area. The Housing Authority’s current payment standards
generally are 97% percent of the HUD FMR for most bedroom sizes.
