Built in 1991, the Peppertree Apartments are owned and managed by the Area Housing Authority. Providing a variety of unit sizes, these apartments serve the diverse needs of the community. The Peppertree Apartments were purchased to preserve affordable housing in a community experiencing growth in large high-end family dwellings. In addition, the purchase of this property allowed the Area Housing Authority to begin cultivating a presence in the community while developing a strong working relationship with the City.
