Colina Vista Family Apartments provides housing for the areas families in a mixture of three and four bedroom units. The complex is centrally located for easy access to work, schools, shopping, and community services. With a large community room, residents have access to computer training and after-school programs. In addition, the complex features an upgraded playground and basketball court.
This project was developed by Colina Vista Associates and is managed by the Area Housing Authority. Colina Vista is a tax credit project which serves the needs of the very low and low income households.
