Thousand Oaks Rental Assistance

The Thousand Oaks Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program was created to provide temporary rental assistance to very low-income households in Thousand Oaks, who are:

• On the HUD Section 8 waiting list, and
  
  
• Anticipating waiting a considerable length of time before being assisted through Section 8.
